How to use
FOR AN INTENSE COLOR RESULT: lighten hair until you obtain the ideal melanin residue for each color (see instructions). Shampoo then apply rEvolution JC NEON directly to damp hair. Leave for 10-20 minutes according to the depth of color to be achieved. Emulsify with water then rinse thoroughly.
