Responsibilities:

• • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing practical solutions.
  • Lead and motivate a sales team to meet and exceed targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns and promotional strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and customer preferences.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and generate reports for management.

Requirements:

• • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales or Marketing Executive, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
